RESTON, VA (October 11, 2011) Learning Tree International (NASDAQ: LTRE) announced today that it is offering two-hour complimentary Hot Topic Introductions. Kicking off this dynamic, new series is the "Preparing for an ITIL Implementation" session, in which participants will experience firsthand the Learning Tree International proven curriculum. Learning Tree’s industry-leading instructors will deliver the sessions exclusively via AnyWare and showcase samples of the curriculum and real-world tips that can be used right away in the workplace.

These hot topic sessions will be delivered via Learning Tree AnyWare™, Learning Tree’s live, online, instructor-led training delivery solution.

“Many people ask—‘why should we implement ITIL?’," said Donald Berbary, President of Learning Tree International. “We selected ITIL as our first Hot Topic Introduction session due to the increasing need for organizations to close the gap between business expectations and the capabilities of IT service providers. ITIL describes a framework of best practices for a lifecycle approach to IT service management. This session is available exclusively via AnyWare.”

AnyWare enables participants to fully interact with their instructors and classmates through a media-rich interface, which integrates live classroom video, audio and chat features, as well as the ability to view instructor demos. For this session, participants will need an audio-enabled computer that supports Java, ActiveX and Adobe Flash version 8 or higher.

"Preparing for an ITIL Implementation" introductory sessions begin on October 11, 2011. Participants can sign up for sessions at Subsequent ITIL sessions are currently scheduled for October 24 and November 7. Additional dates will be announced once scheduled.
